A Different Kind of Beast - Trail Running
Trails. Oh how I love them and hate them at the same time. We have a local race series in my area called the Bond Brook series. I love it and hate it all at the same time. It's a super technical course - lots of roots/rocks/holes/single track - you name it. It's also where I injured myself last year when I was training for the MDI marathon and I pulled out of the full and ended up doing a {very slow} half as a relay with the girls...which was absolutely awesome. But I digress. we were on a photo scavenger hunt this weekend as well.... and one of the requirements was to find the word Sanctuary. I might have been a little excited to find it!
