I have been feeling amazing while drinking my Amazing Grass smoothies daily. They are super simple to make and taste amazing every single time.

My MOST favorite combination.   Cold brew coffee + Amazing Grass Protein Superfood (Pure Vanilla).  Shake (or stir) however you prefer.  And smile ALL.DAY.LONG!


Our family schedule is seriously kicking my ass lately.  Get up at 5:30, take care of the dogs.  Get myself ready. Get Tucker up by 6, then Izzy about 6:20. Deal with Izzy's outfit-of-the-day meltdown. While making sure my school bag is all set, my track bag is all set with the right ProCompression socks and Spandits. Make sure Tucker's laptop is charged for the day.  Leave the house by 6:50. Drop Tucker off at school, then head to the HS.   By this point, I'm already exhausted!  But I keep powering through with the energy packed Amazing Grass smoothie I have in my hand!  


Thank GOODNESS it takes about 30 seconds to make because that is all the time I have to make myself my breakfast.  Then another 30 seconds to pour some Almond or Cashew milk and cold brew coffee into another shaker bottle for lunch & toss the Amazing Grass container in my bag - and lunch is ready too!

Socks are very important to a runner.   If they rub you the wrong way, it will make for a very uncomfortable run.  Bunching up, toes too cold, too hot, rubbing - all things that can go wrong with a sock.  I'm sure there are some other scenarios I've left out. Running at night scares used to terrify me.  But, it all comes down to if I want to run I had to get over this fear.  Running in the darkness is my only option if I plan on running Monday through Friday since it’s dark before school and getting dark when I leave school and it’s going to be this way until mid February/March.  I supposed option B would be to rejoin the gym, but I really don’t want to spend the $$ and I don’t really enjoy the treadmill anymore.  So, outside it is! Tommie Rocks + Giveaway!
